My God, there was some brave soul riding fiberglass out there too amongst the horde of mat riders. I like that description of a a whole lot of mat riders enjoying themselves. A horde!
Steiny, your presence would have been icing on the cake. We need to have a mat thing closer to your part of the world. I don't know how to make that happen though.
So many mat surfers in one place! I love it! I have yet to see a fellow mat surfer here in Florida and my hopes is that they will see me and be inspired. Who knows right? I did hear one day in passing hey, check out the lady mat surfing! Now that is kinda of cool. Always bring the mat when we go surfing, because it is just that awesome!
