Drug Addled Surf Reporters?
I would say, "YES!!"

The only explanation I can think of is that the people at that forecasting site are on drugs during the daylight hours while saving the liquor for those quiet moonlit fugue states when they actually assemble this report.
Green? At Malibu? Today?
Seriously?

You ought to let them know...that site, I think I know which one it is, operates off anecdotal evidence culled over time regarding the more "objective" criteria added to the more "subjective" surfer's report. The algorithm only gets better over time with more surfer's input.
Although it is bizarre that it made such a blunder at this point.
2 foot is small but the shape definitely looks clean. Green is shape. It doesn't have much to do with size.
No one can surf those little ripples in that picture. And Malibu usually has decent shape, but it doesn't always have green on that site. What gives? If it's flat, it's flat. There should be no green.
