Dance Party Wednesday!
I'm in a good mood! I've decided to start phasing out the pull buoy while I'm in the pool. Today I probably did 65% pull buoy and 35% swimming under my own power. Yeah, it hurt. So does getting hit by your board while you're getting worked.
This calls for a dance party!

One of my logs beat me up the other day, nice purple bruises...mean board, bad!
But its beats what you have been going through...my biggest issue is resin going off so fast in this Florida like weather.
Got waves today but nothing to write on your blog about.
