Do You Doo Dah?
Ever heard of the Doo Dah Parade? Well, there's a Doo Dah Surf too. I've heard about it, but have never made an attempt to go see what this thing is all about. I may just head up there this year.

Me and some of the other OP girls are thinking about it, too. What's your costume? I still have my Laura Bush mask from the anti-war protest...
My costume is always a costume to everyone but me. I dress up as a cyclist. And since so few people bike seriously, they are amazed by someone in the matching gear. I'd evern surf with the helmet and sunglasses.
That would be rad if you wore an aero helmet that triathelets wear. Look for the chubby guy in the beer can costume.
There's also a raffle with the money being donated to Surfrider Foundation. Prizes include a 7'4" fish surfboard from 9 Fish Surfboards, surf DVDs, and T-shirts from goofyface.com. Best costume wins a surfboard travel bag as well.
